- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Our office has been working with Foxfire for a number of years. We are not impressed with the software. The procedures involved are very slow and information is not always transferred between the different programs they offer. I personally have worked with other softwares in the past that offer a much more streamlined and user friendly platform. A lot of their programs are still DOS based and it is very difficult to even print a report or add and delete charges. Additionally, their customer service and support is not professional. Someday's they will be on top of it and get back to you, other days you will be lost and never get a response. My last encounter required 2 emails and 2 phone calls before I even got a call back. Just not impressed for the cost. We are looking to change services, however the cost to change and transfer information makes it difficult. I would strongly recommend staying away from this product, it will not increase the efficiency within your office.By Hiring Manager, October 21, 2016
