- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆!!!!! Beware !!!!! I WAS a customer for around 3yrs. When the New Owners took over the place quickly started it's downhill decline. ALL BUT 2 OF THE ORIGINAL EMPLOYEES QUIT! I continued doing business until on 5/24/17 when I went to pay and redeem one of my items. I also wanted to pawn and item. 1st off the employee insinuated that my property was stoken because I said the item is like new, the clerk asked for a receipt and I told them I didn't have it. So I then asked for one of my items on pawn and was told I couldn't have it even though I had the money for that item. They said I had to pay for all the items in full if I want any of them back! When I originally pawned my property I made it clear I needed to redeem 1 item at a time and was assured that would be no problem to do so. Conclusion : First National Pawn is crooked as well as the new owners and emplyees. !!!!! Beware !!!!!By Bri Me, July 09, 2017
