Know your rights as a consumer and have no problem telling them they are wrong. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Samm Olsen sounds like she's reading from a script. I called in to make a one time pay all payment. Take care of the whole debt at once and they were STILL rude. Had to repeat the name on the account four different times and when I said "for the fourth time" lady says "if you're going to be rude..." and hung up on me. It's bad enough these people are the absolute, zero contribution portion of society.
