- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I wish I could give ZERO stars. They force you to buy insurance when you ship international mail. I told them I don't need to, but they said "you have to pay for the insurance". Another thing is I haven't gotten my credit card bill for the last two months. I only see the mail truck twice a week since I see we have a different mail lady. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆my husband has been trying for a week to get his package that was delivered to our old address. We had planned ahead well in advance to forward any mail/ packages before we moved. They did not seem to notice that forwarding address and has lost his package. We had tried calling multiple times and gone in person to get this figured out. Employees do not seem to care or know what is going on and do nothing to help us. Very incompetent. If I could give zero stars for this location I would.
