- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My first trip here went well. I was sending back multiple sized shoe boxes and the employee working helped me out by telling me what would be the cheapest way to send them back. She answered all my questions and was great. A couple days later I went back and had all of my stuff packaged and ready to go. The guy working told me that the box I had packed my stuff in was too flimsy and he couldn't send it out. It was the exact same box that I had just received via UPS so I thought it was strange but didn't say anything. Well the next thing I know the guy working had reboxed everything and then proceeded to charge me for the boxing supplies and a charge for packing it! He never onced warned me of the packing fee or even asked if I would like to pack it myself again. He also charged me for the boxes, supplies, everything! Unbelievable. I looked at his name tag and saw that he was the owner. I will NEVER go back to this store. I'm surprised he didn't charge me for the air I was breathing while in his store!By Lisa Smith, October 03, 2016
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I stopped in yesterday to mail a product back to a company I purchased it from. I needed a box for shipping so the gentleman took my product to the back room and returned with it packaged up in a simple brown cardboard box. Without first telling me the price, the package was sealed! He rang me up and charged me $11+tax for the box alone. I told him how ridiculous the price was but he didn't seem to care. I felt like I had just been swindled! His name tag said he was the "owner/manager." He was extremely rude and had no regard for customer service. I will NOT visit this UPS again.
