- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★When we had water in our basement, Chem-Dry was the only company who made time to stop over. Lee came over for a free consultation and gave us a cut and dry explanation of our options. He never pushed Chem-Dry's services on us, and actually stopped back twice to make sure we understood the best route we should take. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★New life to old carpets! It had been quite a while sense we had our carpets cleaned, so we were thinking of replacing the flooring. I called Lee and had his team come over to get us through until we decided on what to replace with. After Lee's team left we couldn't believe how well the carpets looked, the pile is back and they removed all the old stains, we are so happy with the carpets we are no longer considering replacement.
